Wireless Conductive Glass

What Is Wireless Conduction?

Mounting luminous logos, light lines or displays on glass normally means drilling holes, running cables and hiding power takeoffs — clutter that fights the design. Wireless conduction moves the power path inside the material itself: a transparent conductive layer carries low-voltage power across the panel, so the surface lights up and stays completely clean.

We started developing this technology in 2019. After more than three years of iteration around conductive film, transparent conductive ink, nano-silver wire and magnetron-sputtered transparent conductive materials, the range now covers three product forms: conductive glass, conductive acrylic and a self-adhesive conductive film.

Conductive Glass

The flagship form for large projects. Ultra-clear tempered glass, laminated with EVA, SGP or TPU interlayers or used as a single pane, in panels up to 3300 × 2400 mm. A double-layer make-up carries roughly 5–6 A per square metre at 5–36 V, with AC high-voltage supply possible. It offers the largest sizes and the highest load in the range, and it is the form rated for outdoor use, with 3+ years of stable light output in service. Panels are heavy — transport must be properly protected.

Conductive Acrylic

Launched in 2023 after nearly five years of technology iteration, conductive acrylic applies the same conduction principle to acrylic and PC substrates. It overcomes the shape limits of glass: sheets can be heat-bent into right angles, wave surfaces and other special forms. Panels up to 2400 × 1200 mm carry roughly 3–4 A per square metre at 5–36 V — lighter than glass, easy to ship and highly formable, for indoor use.

Self-Adhesive Conductive Film

The retrofit form. The conductive film comes with a high-transparency adhesive backing and is applied directly onto existing glass, so installed glazing can be upgraded without replacement. Sheets up to 3000 × 1180 mm carry roughly 1.5–2.5 A per square metre at 5–36 V. Shipping is easy and installation is quick, but application must be done by trained professionals, and the film is rated for indoor use only.

Four Frame Installation Modes

Conductive glass panels are powered through their mounting frame, so the frame doubles as the electrical connection. Four installation modes cover most design situations:

  • Fully framed — the panel is surrounded on all four sides.
  • Inlaid — mounted in grooves on the left and right, or top and bottom.
  • Single-edge suspended — hung from one supporting edge.
  • Wire-suspended — point-fixed on thin cables for floating installations.

Applications

Designers use wireless conduction wherever glass, acrylic or film surfaces need to light up without visible wiring:

  • Retail windows and display cases — illuminated shelves, light boxes and product displays with clean sightlines.
  • Exhibition halls and museums — glowing text walls and illuminated information panels.
  • Mall and storefront signage — backlit brand letters, entrance frames and logo walls.
  • Company image walls — reception and showroom branding.

Every project is custom-fabricated: panel size, shape, light pattern and electrical load are matched to your design, and the conductive-glass form is rated for outdoor projects such as storefronts and facade signage.
